  Lunch is served in three sittings (11:00, 12:00, and 13:00) with a 60-minute time limit.
  Dinner is served in two sittings (6:00 PM and 7:30 PM) and lasts 90 minutes.
  As we are a small shop, we operate on a reservation-only basis.
